Hermys isn't my closest dealer, service appts have to be made more in advance, but they do offer free loaner bikes.

Do you know if there is a mileage limit on those loaner bikes? I'm about 80 miles from Port Clinton.

downhillisbest,
I have heard Manayunk's service is pretty good too. Not dissing Hermy's as I heard theirs is good as well, but in case you did not know they were there. Much closer to Philly.
Nice to see Hermy's is expanding! I found the help there to be really knowledgeable and friendly.

No mileage limit as far as I know. they did make you sign a form saying the bike was only for transportation to and from the shop. Like that'll happen....

FWTIV, BillBikes,
Thanks! More out of curiosity than anything else. The guys at Manayunk have treated me well. Well, other than the usual feeling that everything Triumph costs too much...but I think that's universal. Buzz, Jake, and Steve are good guys.

I've never been to Manayunk Triumph. Kind of in the wrong direction. I avoid Philly unless I HAVE to!

I bought 5 Moto Morinis from Hermy's... specifically from Herm Baver Sr. Good Guy
They own most of the property in Pt Clinton, I believe they already owned the property where the new showroom will be built.
If I lived near there, they would be my dealer of choice.
Been a while since I was there.

Herms Leathertogs
I remember Hermy from old time Daytona. Been to his house way back when. He sold leathers under the name Herm's Leathertogs. I've got one of his old catalogs. He rode an Indian Scout painted like a Zebra. Anyone else remember that??

Buzz, Steve and the gang at Manayunk Triumph have been in a new, larger, warehouse-type facility for a while now. Chris, Tom and the gang at Hermy's are done the demo and will be building soon. That bodes well for two excellent dealerships.
On the other hand, Hannum's HD in Media, PA started selling Triumphs about a month ago. No Triumph sign out front yet and no mention yet of Triumphs on their webiste. Hannum's has been a dyed in the wool, everything HD place for many years. Their Sales Manager is all that Buzz and Chris is not: full of himself and clueless about Triumphs.
