OK -- I think I found the answer to a great dealership in Southern California. Sounds funny but "North County Yamaha" is also a great Triumph Dealership. All these guys are fantastic... all the way down to the delivery!

My sales guy did everything by email and when I got down there, all I did was sign for it and drive away (less, of course the demo by my salesperson). I have been advised by other customers there that their service department is also top-knotch.

Great looking clean facility, nice personnel, great parts and accessories department AND some eye-candy named 'Candice' in the finance department (a plus)

I drove 1 3/4 hours to get there but it was worth it!!

Have you tried Rocket Motorcycles in San Diego? Any issues with them?

I agree about NCY. I purchased my 05 from them and the sales dept. was pretty good but the service dept has been very good so far. The service manager ordered a new windshield for me before I even new I had a problem.

I wish I would have known that before I booked my 12000 mile service with OC Triumph.

How are they? Anybody have any experience??? :???:
