I will concur with Twin, Atlanta Triumph Ducati on Piedmont In the City of Atlanta is a very reputable Dealership, I bought one of my Triumphs there, and I have had nothing but good experiences.

My Family, and I were treated very badly by an Arrogant Dealer in the Northern Suburbs.
I usually do not trash talk businesses but from what I understand they are almost gone so who cares?

The Folks at Atlanta Triumph Ducati have treated me as they do all there customers, with respect and kindness.

I do not service my bikes there because a good friend of mine runs an independent shop. Still, my friend knows all the techs Atlanta Triumph Ducati and He says they are Top Notch Mechanics; coming from Him, it is quite a compliment.

The Parts Guys Really know their stuff, and they have quality merchandise that works!
I buy all my cool gear from Atlanta Triumph Ducati.

The only problem with buying a bike there is deciding which sales person to choose because they are all such good people.
I bought my Bonneville from Ray and had a very good sales experience.

The location turned out to be more convenient than I would have thought, within about 2 block from I-85 so you can get in and out easy.

I recomend Atlanta Triumph Ducati Whole Heartedly.

Best Triumph Dealer In Atlanta Area

Moto-Britalia is going out of business. They are still open but have no motorcycle inventory and are only selling parts in stock. :

Smolz, if I were you, I would Drive north to Augusta Triumph Ducati.

Not only is their staff honest and friendly. The Service is toprate.

On the other hand, if you want a really great parts department, but dont really care how your bike is serviced, or how long it takes. Go to Atlanta Triumph-Ducati.

Hey Smolz,
I also concur that ATD is the best place in the area, especially for parts. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are motorcyclists first and a first rate group of guys. I belong to the Ratlantans (R.A.T. group sponsored by ATD) and they have given us nothing but great support and often exclusive service and sales as RAT members.

I notice you live in Snellvile, I live just around the corner in Grayson. Let's get together some time. We'd be glad to have you at our monthly Ratlantans meeting (the first Wednesday of each month) Ratlantans Homepage

I also have great respect for the guys at Proline Motorsports on 78 between Snellville and Loganville (just past Rosebud Rd.) They've been working on my Daytona for years. Even though they're not a Triumph dealer Jim and Werner can figure out how to work on anything. They do my valve adjustments, all other work I do myself.

cheers,
dc

Well, If I were to go to a Triumph store it ***** sure WOULD NOT be Atlanta Ducati Triumph. I took my bike over there with a list of the Jetting, etc with a freak box & K&N stuff to be installed. The bike has just got 1,000 miles& I needed a baseline to work from.
I told them I wanted a print out off the Dyno Jet before & after.Matt said no problem. They jetted the bike the way they wanted to-to hell with what I wanted And ask them to do. Come to find out they said they didn't have a printer hooked to the Jet!
When I went to get my bike back they made a big deal out of My clutch wasn't right..Hell it was fine for 700 miles!.They said didn't want me to take the bike. Come to find out the real reason is they had either dropped the bike or either way the left mirror was off the bike and was scratched up Plus the end off the handle bar...they said the other owner had dropped the bike...what they didn't know was I made digital dated pictures the day before it was taken over there.I do that with all my toys. It wound up being a shouting match with a idiot named Matt Twitty who I had asked twice to get my bill & my bike. This man should not be in a position dealing with the public. All this guy wants to do is argue with the customer. Finally A guy named Jason who works there got my bill done so I could get out of there.I did have a witness with me that saw all this happening. They're bill was double what Cummings Triumph said they would charge to do the job. They also charged me for a synthetic oil change that I didn't authorize-the bike just had it done 400miles earlier. The bike had 328 miles on it when I bought it.
I am going to talk to Alex (supposedly the owner) and give him a chance to make things right. If he doesn't Legal issues will surely follow. Needless to say They will never put there hands on my bike again as I don't have any trust in them...I have since found stripped heads of bolts and other small problems.Sloppy workmanship assembling the bike.
If you notice that when Klogman made a negative post.Whom ever made a response to it didn't even have the guts to put his name on it.
I have had the opportunity in meeting the owners of Cumming Triumph..They are very nice..Come to find out My Chiropractor up there put me on to them...
I have decided to have another bike and buy the lifts & equipment to maintain my bikes..It's been a long time...but I am looking forward to it..
Kenny

I rode my bike today and it is so lean it won't run & pops like crazy when you back out of the throttle.
I got an E-Mail from the dealer stating they put a 135 jet to it and nothing else & it was supposed to make 58.86 HP & 44.09 lbs. You'll never make me believe you can make that kind of power without hitting it with the a Truxton needle, shims, etc.
There is no way in hell I believe that--the bike is gutless.
Now,I don't believe one thing they say. They also say they're going to dyno a stocker-for what-mine wasn't stock when it went in there. They were supposed to dyno mine before & after the mods. Which of coarse they didn't do.
nuff said...It's really going to be fun to watch the rest of this..there is one thing they forgot or someone did-

The best Atlanta dealer would be Atlanta Triumph Ducati on Piedmont. I've been going there for years now; bought three bikes (an '03 S4, '05 Duc S4R [wife's bike], and an '06 675), and always had my service done on site. I've always had excellent result, and seldom any delays. (generally caused by Ducati not having a US distro)
It's best to hit them up Wednesday through Friday, as they are the least busy days of the week for the shop.
