Hi Everyone, I wanted to share my experiences with Great Bay Motorcycles in North Hampton, NH:
Bought a 2011 Triumph Tiger (standard, non-ABS) here. Plenty of attention to sell me the bike. When I came back to close the deal it took 1.5 hours for anyone to pay attention to me. Another hour to sign the relevant paperwork as all the sales people scurried around to take care of new customers
. Cold reception from the service manager for routine maintenance and break-in issues (sporadic computer failure at 250 miles onward).
They've had the bike for over two weeks in the middle of the season for a different parts issue (oil leaking from two places on a brand new bike). I've lost out on two scheduled trips because they didn't bother to look at the bike I purchased two months ago for over two weeks in peak riding season
. If you have an option, shop somewhere that will pay attention to your bike after you hand them a check.
