I've owned my Bonny now for about six months. I've had to deal with Great Bay over that period several times. It's not that the service was bad. It's just that I was treated as if I was bothering them. Phone calls were not returned. The wrong parts were ordered. I just never felt welcome there.

I cant speak to Second Wind but I recently bought my 05 America from Great Bay and it was an excellent experience. Billy Halberstadt was great. The bike was consigned and he helped negotiate a very fair price very quickly. The bike was serviced and detailed and i couldnt be happier.

I don't know if this will work as you may have to be a member to see some photos, but Adam is in the third photo down.

Those are my pix and the day I picked up the Explorer 5/5/12
And yes that's Adam Kells. That was my 3rd purchase from Great Bay/Adam. Which BTW he is no longer at Great Bay. He went back to a previous Employer in Derry NH.

I've never been to Second Wind. I've seen them at Motorcycle Night in Lowell on occasion.
