Peter Carillio is head of customer service I believe and I want to talk to him about Triumph's free bag offer on "new2003 and prior year Tigers".It's on their web site.

I called Ga. at one time also without any response! If he is too busy or what, you would think someone would return the call! Good thing Donald Trump doesn't own Triumph or someone would be FIRED! :???:

I've talked to him twice. Both times, I had to leave a message, but he got back to me the following day. My biggest problem was getting the Newnan phone number. Not a highly publicized item.

He called me back on his cell phone while he was on the road. The issue was a burned up clutch that I thought was a warranty issue. He personally called me back to explain why it wasn't and the legal reasons for that. He could just as easily have blown it off instead of calling me with news that I really didn't want to hear. I was impressed even though I wasn't happy with what he had to say.

Unless things have changed, I am surprised that he wouldn't call back.

Sorry I didn't get back quickly with the number. If you ever misplace it, it's the number the NHTSA puts in its recalls for Triumph USA.

I finally got in touch with Peter Carlillo, head of customer service, on the phone.I had to get pretty gruff with the receptionist and wait on hold for a while.I don't like to have to do it that way. I think that Peter is overworked.I suspect that he is the only person in customer service. He seems to be a straight shooter and had some helpfull information on a dispute that I am having with Ducatti Triumph Yamaha of Marin Calif. DO NOT buy a bike there.
It is interesting that Triumph USA has such little control over dealers.I think in the auto industry things must be different.
