Just my 2 cents worth. Ed's Service, Rte 9G, Hyde Park, NY is an honest dedicated Triumph shop. In business over 50 yrs. Triumph shop since 1957. Still family owned and operated. They will treat you right. I can tell you they recently worked on a warranty related repair until 10pm on a Friday night (not my bike). Ride Safe!

I also heartily recommend Ed/Ed's Service....but, I think you'll find it a bit of a trek from Buffalo. Hyde Park is about 75 miles north of New York City, 70 miles South of Albany (or between Poughkeepsie and Kingston/Rhinebeck for those more familiar with the area).

I bought my S3 from Ed's. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about his dealership is "honest." I had my 500 mile service completed by him, and I definitely plan to have the rest of the services done by him, as well. Also, he sometimes has some really nice used Triumphs in the showroom at very reasonable prices, but he doesn't advertise - so if you're in the market for a used bike, it would pay to give him a call.

I wish I lived closer to Hyde Park. Ed's did all the work on my bike ('95 Sprint 900) for the ten years and 103K miles that it belonged to my brother. He likes Ed's so much he went back there this spring and bought an '05 Sprint, even though he now lives 140 miles away from Hyde Park. I now have the old Sprint, and my local dealer is no Ed's!
