I have already praised this lot but I'm going to do it again.
Carolina Triumph in Greensboro (336-272-4269) are fantastic. Well to be more precise, the parts dept are fantastic. The dept is run by one guy, Kortney, and he has gone out of his way to help me.
He is friendly, curious and professional on the phone, allows email requests and answers them promptly, will fax over a parts fiche if clarification is needed before ordering (not just go ahead and order you the wrong part which you really don't need considering the wait time) and just goes that little bit further to make sure all is well. I live in Charlotte and so he mails me my parts to save me travel time and they always show up the day after I've paid for them. I have only had one communication with anyone else there but that was friendly and professional also.
I would say, if you need a decent dealer then you won't go wrong with this crowd. I am confident in assuming that the rest of the outfit are as equally proficient in what they do and hope to find out in the not to distant future.
I think Triumph should start to award their dealers customer service awards to give us poor mugs a guide as to who will go that extra mile to make dealing with them a pleasant experience thus enforcing Triumph as a company you trust and want to spend your money with.

nothing more to say, other than I've had dealings with a few guys there, and treated with the utmost respect and care. Heck, if it wasn't for those guys, I probably wouldn't even own a Triumph right now. I really loved the redesign on the 05 speed3 but was hesitant, and then I just walked in there one day and asked for a test ride. Bike had 25 miles on it, they told me to bring her back in about a half hour! So I was set to buy there bike, but by the time I sold my bike, I found a used 05 on ebay that I couldn't pass the deal up. Even still, the guys at Greensboro are awesome, I've already purchased close to $1000 in parts from them, and had them remap my fi for the TORs. You can't go wrong with these guys. Even though I didn't buy my bike there, they still give me 10% off of all my parts purchases. Kudos! Fine example of exactly how a motorcycle shop should be run!

amen to that...it must be southern hospitality because the crew at Capitol BMW Triumph in Raleigh are equally award winning :chug:
