I live in Good Ol' Southern Maryland, about one hour south of D.C. According to the Triumph web page the nearest dealer to me is about 140 miles away in Delaware! Does anyone know of a dealer closer to me?
I live around Winchester, VA. This is about 70 miles west of Washington DC. Just north (about 5 miles) of Winchester on I-81North is Winchester Motosports in Clearbrook, VA. Great Dealer!!! There also is a dealer in PG County which should be closer to you. I think it is Clinton Cycle...its listed on the Triumph.UK website under MD dealers.
If you are looking for service on your Triumph rather than a dealer, I highly recommend Myers Cycle Engineering in Kensington, MD (Just SE of Rockville). They work on virtually any brank of bike but they are very Triumph oriented - including restorations of old Triumphs. I have a new Bonnie and a T-Bird Sport and have had all my service done there with complete satisfaction.
I live east of DC in northern VA. The others that have posted to this reply have already provided what I think are the local dealers.
1) Clinton Cycles right off the the 495 beltway near the new Redskins stadium (an exit or two away)
2) Winchester Motorsports - Right off of I-81 real close to the WV border.
I have dealt with Winchester several times, and so far, am satisfied with them. They did the break in service on my ST about a month ago. They had me in and out on the same day about a month ago.
Southern Maryland?? I grew up in Hollywood, in St. Marys County, down towards the end of Clark's Landing Road. Graduated from Great Mills High School class of "70. Went to St Marys College for a couple of semesters afterward. I have not been back out there since 1987. Been living in New Mexico for the last 25 years or so.
