Just bought a new '01 Sprint ST and love it! Also just joined the forum and I need some help. There is only one Triumph dealership in Columbus and based on my experience with my other bike (Yamaha V-Star) I don't trust their service at all. I am not a great mechanic (skills are primarily limited to doing the maintenance stuff in the owner's manual). So I need a trustworthy mechanic experienced with Triumphs to do the more sophisticated stuff. If anybody from the central Ohio area (or elsewhere) can give me some help on this, I would greatly appreciate it.

You might try Joe's Cycles in Dayton. Your other option, Hinds, can't be trusted to do even adequate work!

I agree w/the previous comment. Whatever you do , avoid Hind's!!!!!!! In 30nyears of riuding, I've never dealt with a less competant, non customer oriented, unrepentant, business, period!! They are , without a doubt, the least competant, least trustworthy dealershipn I've ever dealt with, or heard of! Their honesty is certainly questionable. My insurance co. has even placed them on their unacceptable list for covered repaires, due to their incompetance.

You know, with all the riding that goes on in Columbus, I'm supprised that there isn't a Triiumph dealer here in town that can be trusted. Maybe we should all pool some money and start a dealership and/or repair shop....
