As of Feb 27 Freehold NJ Honda/Triumph is closing its doors.

Sad day for us.

Whoa! What a drag. I bought three Triumphs there - even though I did not use their service dept. for other than warranty work, they seem pretty good bunch overall.

yeah i called to order some parts and thats what they told me

! sad to hear...any one have any recommendations for shops near by that work on triumphs? davidc Im exit 114 too! do you recommend monmouth cycles? I have dealt with them a few times (tire change) and they were pretty good but nothing mechanical.

Exit 114 -the cultural center of NJ.

Never heard anything bad about Monmouth Cycle, so that's a step in the right direction. We've now got Mt. Holly Triumph, Trebours, and some place in Greenbrook. I'd likely only use a shop for warranty work, and I hope that doen't arise.

Ordered brake pads and a battery for my TBS from them online at 10:30 at night, got a call the next morning at 9 a.m. The parts were in stock and my battery was on the charger.
Could've knocked me over with a feather.

Had I realized this sooner I would have bought that Thruxton they had on the showroom floor, but I didn't realize they were closing until the last day. I ran over there on my lunch break that day since I work right across the highway. They seemed pretty cleaned out.

I heard just yesterday that Cross Country in Metuchen is now the central Jersey Triumph dealer and has loaded up their prime showroom space with Triumph. Greenbrook is also out but imho, though 5 miles away, it's no big loss. I go to Trebour 20 miles away and have gotten exceptional service.
