Dirk--RPM is great. Webstuff really isn't their gig, actually I think one guy does all their stuff and I don't know how involved he is with the whole thing. Steve is the owner and is great. They are down to earth bike riders that happen own a Triumph dealership is the best way to describe it. It is a small, simple shop/dealership so don't expect much ritz/glamour. However, they are very approachable and personable people to sit around and talk to. Make sure to contact them in advance if you need something or service though. Sprint1050DA and I both highly recommend them, as do alot of others as per this post. They have'nt seemed to gouge me with prices like others here have said about their dealers. What's great is that the only new bikes they sell are TRIUMPH, so they are dedicated to T. They will work/help with all bikes though. I also believe that since they are a dedicated Triumph dealer, they just seem to be ontop of things better with our bikes. Kevin

i just bought my 07 Thruxton from RPM and had a great experience. I would highly recommend them for anything you need. Steve is easy to talk to and I am constently at the shop asking questions or sending my husband.

I actually feel slightly guilty that I didn't buy my new Tiger from RPM. I went down there several times, Steve was out with foot problems, and we relayed negotiations through the others there in the shop.

The problem was, I really didn't want the $1k in accessories Triumph is currently offering, and I was hoping they could knock 6-700 off the price without them. RPM couldn't do it, and I understand why. So I went to Evansville where they could.

The dealership in Evansville is huge and sells 4 different brands. I'm sure they just ordered the $1k in accessories from Triumph and turned around and sold them to make up the difference. RPM is just too small and has too little overhead to pull something like that unfortunately.

That said, RPM is where I will be going for all the service on my new Tiger. They've worked on other bikes for me before and I've always had outstanding service. And they've fixed problems other bike mechanics never could.

Just got my TBird back from RPM. They did the 24,000 mile service.

They lent me a Tiger while mine was in the shop, which was great as I had not ridden one before. Man that thing is NICE.

Anyway, once again a good experience with RPM and the Steves and Theresa.

If/when I have the $, I'm definitely buying from them.
