I've stopped in a few times but never had the bike serviced there. The mechanic himself was super-nice and really talked to me about technical things related to the bike in detail but the dude that owns the place seems to always treat you like you are a dumb-ass or something. "Do you all do suspension set-ups?" His answer "What do you mean setups? Well it's not hard to do but if you want to pay us an hours labor we can turn the knobs." ***! Everything is always answered with attitude. I tried to order some parts told him what I needed and "well we're not gonna have any of that in stock" and then starts making phone calls about something totally unrelated to me. I know they don't stock much of anything but oil filters and I was willing to pay, order, wait and get them just to try to give the local guys some business, but I ended up standing there 10 min during his "call" then leaving and just ordering online. I tried again to get something later on, ordered over the phone, never heard back, called to check "oh yeah don't know where that is, let me check and let you know" never heard back, so again I just ordered online. But, they may do great work can't say. I think I'd just take mine to the dealer in Daytona if I needed anything significant done to it that would require a dealer service dept. I have taken my Speed Triple to Ted at Sport Cycle in Savannah and he has always done good work, been honest and very fair on the minor things has done for me.
