I feel lucky to have Ridge Motor Sports in Batesburg, SC (just outside Columbia) as my dealer. Jeff, the owner, is one of the most customer service oriented and honest people I know. I bought my Sprint from him last July. I had a few minor warranty issues, battery, speedometer, indicator lens, scratched fairing on delivery. Jeff has taken care of everything with a smile. I live 130 miles away and he has sent me warranty parts overnight at his expense. He sets up Saturday service for me so I don't have to leave the bike for a week. He also gives me 20% off on parts. Scott, the service manager, has the same great traits as Jeff. They make a great duo. :-D
