I bought my '00 Thunderbird from Cycle Riders of Longwood, they were excellent. Steve K, the salesperson followed up with me for months after the sale.

Euro Cycles has changed hands a couple of times and they are now in with the BMW dealer. When the original owner was involved, Reinhold Probst, they were personable and very responsive. As with the dealer in Birmingham, AL, they are more into BMW and Triumph is a nuisance. Their technician, Robin, however is great. He's knowledgeable and straight-forward. If I still lived there, I would endure some of the BMW attitude for him to service my bike.

By the way, I bought parts from Hap's in Sarasota and Motorcycle Enthusiasts in Spring Hill. Both are pretty good but their primary focus seems to be on dirt bikes, which is OK too.

Good luck.

yeah thats when i bought mine when they were merging with the bmw dealer on gunn hwy.
the triumph guy tom just kept blowing smoke up my ass.
the owner just lied right out to me.
but the salesman, (david) the parts guys and service techs have always been pretty cool. walter the mechanic even rides a tt600. seems very enthusiastic about triumph
tom is no longer there so maybe things will be different.(he was a leftover from when they were on us 19).
i had a good talk with david and walter this past weekend at a local show and they couldn't have been more helpful.
i'll probably give them another chance and see what happens as i need to have some minor things looked at under warranty.
i agree with you about m/c enthusiasts but they're not a bad bunch up there. but i would rather have walter and or robin work on my bike . i thought i heard somewhere that robin had left. though i could be mistaken.
