If you have a P0413 error, then your engine most certainly does not have SAI (Secondary Air Injection) installed.
One simple fix would be to use the 10181 map- you most certainly should not use a Tiger map with a Daytona engine - the fuel and timing maps will be completely wrong
However with Daytona map, some features - like the gas gauge on the Tiger instruments - will not work with a Daytona map.
The ideal situation is to transcribe the Daytona Fuel and Timing maps into the Tiger base map. If this is beyond your comfort level, stick with the Daytona (10181) map but recognize your fuel gauge will not work.

I have to caution - and most respectfully and well intended! - that I think you might be a bit over your head to both these projects, without fully understanding the complete ramifications of your mixing/matching motors

Indeed - that is certainly not in question! There was no intended condescension - just an alert to be aware of some perhaps more subtle issues that go beyond just bolting in the motor.
(Any Fuel Injected Triple - 885, 955, 1050 - from Tiger, Sprint Speed Triple, Daytona - will all physically fit the frame mounts between these different models with no real issues - but there are certainly other configuration issues that require consideration)

I have had both Tiger off road tune and Datona tune loaded into bike by Triumph dealer and with the Datona tune the RPM guage shows to idle at bout 5500rmp. Also you can tell the fuel is not right. It would top out at only 100mph . I figured not getting right fuel or timing or both??? But everything else seemed to work fine. Ran good at regular speed. The Tiger tune ran fine and everything worked (tach and fuel) but still had no top end. I do want to get the Datona fuel and timing setup transposed into the Tiger map. Ihavent done any of that yet with TUNE ECU but hope to learn how to do it. Would be very good to know. Ill keep you posted on progress. I gotta get a day or two in on the deer hunting ,so it might be a week. Thanks!!

It will need the Daytona tables transposed into the Tiger base map; then when installed, it needs to have the TPS reset and the adaption system to process.
Be sure to transpose between the correct generations of maps for the respective model years.

Got both my bikes running last night. I have (1) error showing on the 02 Tiger with the Datona engine. It shows error; P0118 Coolant Temp. Sensor Low Voltage; short to ground or open circuit. and the fan ran the whole time engine was running. Temp got up around 110 according to TUNE ECU chart. Didnt let it get too hot, gotta run that rabbit and see whats up with that. Otherwise seemed to run and idle fine, just a little sluggish on revving up motor as it was before trouble with ECU.
The other 03 Tiger with the Sprint ST motor is running also. Runs fine and has great throttle response . Fan cycles on and goes off as supposed to. Didnt catch the temp but in normal range. I have the Tiger offroad tune 10121 loaded in both bikes. They ran better with this tune as to the 10120 tune. Gonna do a road test tomorrow on the 03 with the Sprint motor. Thanks so far for all the help and directions. Might still have questions on the transposing of the maps when I try that.

Check that you have the correct connector on the Temp Sensor on left side of Cylinder head - should have Pink/Black & Pink/Green wires on the connector.
You really should be running Daytona maps on the 02 - the cams are VERY different in the Daytona engine.

On the Sprint motor, you are also running the wrong generation map.

I s there something I can read up on with the ECUTUNE that would tell me step by step on how to transpose the Datona air ratio ,and timing and fuel settings to the Tiger tune?
