With over 100k on Triumphs I can say the Triumph Mobil 1 is great stuff. I just change every 6k like the manual says, no need to do earlier. Once I tried Valvoline dino cycle oil and the Speed 3 used oil. Went to Mobil and oil usage went to zero.

You shouldn't use any oil saying 'energy conserving' on the label due to the wet clutch. This is car oil generally.
