I'm also Black with reasonably shiny bits in Essex. This is maybe about the 15th Hinckley Triumph I had bought since 1994 and too be fair, the only one that has ever given me any significant problems. However, if this China sourcing thing is going to be a long running episode in the Company's history, I may also be a part of that history! There can be NO excuse for sourcing sub-standard parts into a premium product IMHO. No problem with out-sourcing - all the major manufacturers do it, in any industry. But to ignore primary quality and safety standards and then be in denial at the customer interface is a step too far (again IMHO).
I really hope that from my view-point this is end of story.
