Wheels off in preparation for new rubber tomorrow. Check at handbook for torque settings; no information at all on wheel removal and more importantly wheel replacement.
Can someone by any chance fill in the gaps please:

Eccentric adjuster clamp - 35Nm
Rear axle bolt - 85Nm
Rear caliper bolts - ??
Front axle bolt - ?? (perhaps same as rear??)
Front caliper bolts - ??

Should you grease the eccentric adjuster casting??

Any help welcome!! Thanks.

IPG,

Rear caliper bolt - 28Nm
Front axle bolt - 60Nm
Front caliper bolt - 28Nm

Have just finnished doing the very same job myself.l

I haven't greased the eccentric adjuster but might consider smearing a grease seal round the outside, an awful lot of dust gets in there.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Davie just what I need. Yeh a lot of dirt and dust around the adjuster, is it a problem greasing it do you think, either grease or copper paste would certainly seal it and also avoid any seizing together of the faces. But perhaps its meant to be a dry face to face contact for the clamp??

It's dry from the factory so I'll go with their better judgement on this one.

I concur with leaving the eccentric adjusters dry. Lubricant or antiseize would be unlikely to prevent the clamps from working, but there is a lot of stress on that area under hard accelleration and suspension movement. The consequences would not be good if it slipped - thrown chain? - rear wheel lock up at speed? chain smashes the crankcase?
Leave it dry and clean out the dust.
