How do you remove the air from the cooling system on my Tiger, Im sure there should be a bleed screw some where but can't find it?
When I have been on a long run and the bike is left to stand for a while all the water hoses start to shrink in,very strange! When you start the bike up the hoses return to their normal shape.
It goes into the dealers on thursday but I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem.

It sounds like the culprit could be the pressure cap itself ? Have you checked that ?

Triumph's for some reason have had problems with the pressure caps (Cheap suply?)

Otherwise, the bleed screw is next to the cap on the thermostat housing. Unfortunately that means lifting the tank (or removing it) to get to it

Yes you were right ....... The pressure cap was swapped by triumph, it sticks apparently and the built up air can't escape.
The dealer said they get through loads of them, which is a bit worrying. If goes again out of warranty I will try and source a car version thats reliable...
