?? Flush and replace on an '06? Have you done that many miles already? Or has it got a problem? If there is no problem why do you need to flush? Or is that your way of entertaining yourself on warm summer days?
The screen and fairing need to come off first, then the tank is easily removeable. The fuel lines are quick release gadgets, which require care in removing and replacing lest you booger the dainty little rubber o-rings. Look carefully and you'll see how they require a pinch of a tab to release the clip. This tab must be pressed again to insert them back into place.
Best get a manual if you're really not sure.
