OK,
So what I have here is a sealed switch design that isn't waterproof...sounds to me like a slight problem, since it operates a safety device called a brakelight and has an expected life of only 8 months under normal conditions.
I know it's supposed to be Off-On and not progressive...I was only describing it's action, thinking other Tiger owners have the same situation.
For the new switch, I'll make a booty out of amalgamated tape and keep a blow-dryer in my garage. :razz:
Sorry if this has already been dealt with, but I've searched this forum and can't find anything else on rear brake light switches.
