Anyone out there able to get data from their Tiger using the Auto-Xray OBD2 scanner? Can't get mine to communicate. Is there some trick other than selecting generic ISO format?

A scan tool used to pull codes and data from the ECM of an automobile. I've read that Triumphs use the ISO standard On Board Diagnostics 2 format but can't get my scanner to talk to either the Tiger of the Speed Triple. Must be missing something.

Nevermind. Talked to a tech at AutoXray who told me the tool doesn't support "EOBD2". Apparently "European On Board Diagnostics" is different from the rest of the world. I suspect the French are behind it. The tech said that the company is not as light on its feet since being bought by SPX the giant tool monster. Prior to the acquisition, they'd have borrowed the bike and written a revision of the software for everyone's benefit. Fate is sending me to TuneBoy.

My Autotap reader works fine with the Tiger. It is a OBDII to USB convertor that connets to my laptop.
