On my '05 Tiger I get some vibration or pulsing from teh front wheel under heavy braking.

I know I've read of others with the same issue. What is it? Will it be recognized and fixed under warrentee, or will the dealer be clueless?

Sounds like you have the old problem with a warped front disk. This seems to be a real problem with the newer Tigers with Cast wheels and some of the milage it occurs at is crazy. Go to the general discussion Board and youll see a big discussion going on at the moment. If it is this then you will recieve help under your warrenty.
