I have recently bought a Tiger 955i (05) and would like to fit an alarm. According to the wiring diagram there is a socket in the wiring harness. So far so good.

Question is where is it hiding? Have done a quick look see under the seat and side panels - no joy.

Would anyone happen to know before I start pulling off the cockpit and tank?

Thanks
Alex

Alex.

All you need to do is remove the rear seat cowl and you will see the connector plug just below the seat locking mechanism. It has two loops of wire on it, pull this plug out and plug in the alarm. If you need any further help just ask here.

TF.

Additionally, I'd recommend that you keep that plug taped under the rear cowl just in case the alarm plays up. Then you can disconnect the alarm and get home OK.
I had to do just that in Spain last year when the alarm decided to drain my battery over night.
