Just what I was thinking the other day when I was out, so I've just finished bleeding them today and you know what, I think they are still the same????

Must be spending too much time on my BM where the brakes are servo assisted and you only need one finger to pull to a fast stop. Back on the Tiger and it's a full handful and pulled close to the grip.

I'm going to cable tie the brake lever squeezed back over night and see if I can get anymore air out of the system, but I'm not hopeful.

Always let the brake fluid stand for a few days never put it straight from the shops. Stops any air being in the fluid.

Never leave the top off a brake fluid container, brake fluid absorbes moisture from the air and if you put that in your system the water will evaporate when hot and give you spongy brakes again !!

Its a common problem with triumph's. If you search the data date you will find many cures and suggestions. My way is to to open the master cyclinder cap and apply the brakes. Then fix the cap back. It seems to be a vacuum thing.
