I have seen the one for a BMW GS/PD. It is black paint coated alloy. I seemed to me to be specifically th alloy the HUGE German style numberplate and offers little else. Oz plates are small and this is not needed. I thought the Triumph rear guard extender is far better.
I could be wrong, but the Touratech site, description and photo are not very helpful.

Yeah, I've got one fitted to my Tiger. It certainly seems to stop any muck coming back up the rear of the bike, I think it also looks pretty good, its as Timtiger described for the BM, black powder coated aluminium and to a certain extent you can set it height wise to suit yourself as you drill it and fix with and throught the existing number plate holes and bolts, in my case it also helps hide the Zega pannier cross bar rail which runs below the existing rear guard.

The Triumph mudguard extender on my old 885i looked huge from the rear.......
So thought I'd try one of these...

Bear with me as I'm new to the board.

I have fitted the Touratech Rear extender to my recently purchased Tiger.

Removed it from the GS.

Just needed a couple of holes drilled.

It may not look too trick but it certainly stops the TopBox getting covered in crap.

Picture in the forum gallery under mods.

Touratech Rear Mudflap.

It looks tidier than the mudguard extention, suppose at that price its worth risking one.

Always looked like something you could knock up yourself in 10 minutes.
