The official Triumph extender is about £22 from all respectable outlets as they say. I haven't seen anyone else doing one for the Tiger, but then again I havent been looking. Its easy to fit the extender & it takes longer to dig out the tools & tidy up than it takes to do the job.
Hope this helps.

If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
I have Triumph front and rear mudguard extenders and they are very good and definitely worth the money. Could I also point out that care should be taken if "bodging" up a homemade extender. These are generally made from flexible rubber car type mudflaps. They won't work very well and you must make sure they do not contact the exhaust guard at speed or they could affect the steering and kill you.
I believe that JL are selling the original Triumph parts that you can order from any dealer, but they are probably a bit cheaper.
