Take off the front seat, and then lay it on the tank (they recommend polishing the tank first btw)

The two back straps go round the frame sides behind the tank and do up to themselves. This is a bit fiddly, but is possible - I think I undid the side panels which helps a lot.

The centre long front strap goes round the headstock, left to right, under the top plate and does up to its corresponding buckle.

The side straps have clips to secure them to the side panels. Mine kept coming off and I eventually used the clips to secure them round my engine bars instead.

The front corners have small pockets to go over the tank corners.

Dont do the straps up too tight , but allow the cover some days to seat itself. After that it fits better, then you can snug the straps up.

Dont do the back ones too tight cos it can damage the front corner pockets..

Hope thats the right cover described :???:
Good luck!

Just got one myself.

First pick a hot sunny day (!?) or get the Baglux nice and warm. It's much easier to manipulate when it's warm.

Whilst the Baglux is warming up clean your tank. Any grit left will grind away at your paintwork unseen beneath the Baglux.

Remove the front seat.

Place the Baglux over the tank. Make sure that the pointy bits at the front of the tank fit into the small pockets in the Baglux. Note you may need to tuck the Baglux between the nose fairing and the tank.

The straps at the back loop under the frame rails on each side of the battery. Note, you may have to remove the battery to get the strap in on the right hand frame (looking as if you are sat on the bike). Fasten the straps loosely to the buckles.

The front strap goes around the headstock. Make sure that it does not trap any wires/cables. Fasten the strap loosely.

Loosen the side straps and clip the hooked plastic part underneath the black tank knee grip. One on each side.

Gently pull each strap tight, making sure that the hole for the fuel filler cap is central over the cap.

It's then just a case of going round adjusting straps and tucking bits in until you are satisfied with the fit.

Try the steering before you ride!!!!!
You may have unknowingly trapped something.

It sounds complicated but it should only take about 15 mins.

Cheers for the hlp and advice guys. The cover is now fitted.

Mine seems to have two extra straps at the front where the little pockets are-these do up inside the winged front bits of the tank.

Lookin' good, gonna test my tank bag this afternoon.

Cheers

In addition I find its a bit easier if you loosen or remove the black indicator light pods at the front as the harness needs to tuck in between tank and pods, it also makes it a bit easier to sort out the pockets that go over the front edges of the fuel tank and generally get the thing positioned properly.
