Exhaust delivery time.

I recently (finally) received my new Quill EVO2 exhaust for my '05 Tiger, which I duly fitted. Not as straightforward as they make out, either!! My main problem was the time it too to get to me. I ordered and PAID for it on the 21st of March, and I eventually got it on the 6th of July. I sent them an email saying I wasn't impressed with them, wouldn't be using them again, and very doubtful if I would recommend them to my mates. They then sent me an email saying, in short, my comments weren't in the spirit of the biking community. I was taken aback, to say the least, but does anyone think I was being too harsh, after waiting nearly 4 months?

Harsh? Not at all.

I would have demanded money back as soon as their promised delivery time had been reached. I admire your patience with them.

Eek! Not a good story. As for 'not in the spirit', what a piss-poor attitude!

I phoned my local Triumph dealer on a Wednesday and ordered a 'sale 50% off' Tiger off-road silencer, collected it on the Friday after it came in from Triumph, fitted it that evening and had the off-road tune downloaded on Saturday afternoon. Result!
