Off-Road can still available?

I want to stick one of the Triumph aftermarket cans on my 955, but it looks like they're not being sold anymore. Anybody know of a similar part, or where to get one?

I'm not looking for noise, just a little more HP, which is why I thought I'd go with the OEM part, but I'm open to anything as long as the saddlebags still fit.

I got a new one from my local dealer just this week - being fitted on saturday. I'm in London.

Why go for the Triumph can.

Its not road legal and you will have to remap the engine.

I fitted the blueflame twin port. It sounds nice, you do not have to remap the engine and its cheaper than the Triumph can. It looks better as well.

You can also remove the lower port which increases the noise level, probably releases a bit more power as well, but your supposed to remap it if you do this.

There are plenty of satisfied customers on this forum with the blue flame.

Regards

Chris

How much louder than stock is that Blue Flame rig? I do a good bit of traveling and it can be hard getting a place to stay at times if you're rumbling around too loud.

Owch. I just looked up the price on the Blue Flame kit and it works out to about $600 US. $150 of that is shipping. Is the Triump Offroad can really more than that?

http://www.blueflameusa.com/

Buy it straight from the manufacture. They claim it's free shipping to the lower 48.

Depending upon which one appeals to you more based on looks and sound, the Triumph can may still be less expensive. Assuming this is the correct US part number - A9608018 - for the off-road can, I found it here: http://www.motorcyclestore.us/triump...touring/tiger/ for $292.50. I did not inquire about shipping cost.

I have never heard the sound from a Blue Flame can, but the sound from the TOR can, while far louder than the stock can, is not objectionable. Not to me, at any rate.
