Tom Tom Rider and Cardo Headset

I have a TomTom Rider which I am pleased with. I have paired it with a Cardo Teamset so I have an intercom with my pillion.

They both work well. The problem is that when I am using the intercom, and the Tom Tom gives instructions it cuts out the pillion. The inercom does not reconnect unless I turn the Tom Tom off.

There must be away around this. Can anyone help?

Sorry! Can't help - but...

If you try ADVrider they have a dedicated section on GPS. You might get a reply from them.

Good luck...

KIWIJOHN Hello, I have a V2 TomTom Rider.

My Autocom is connected to the TomTom Rider, using a TomTom bluetooth adaptor.

I can chat to the wife, hear route directions, use my mobile phone without the TomTom turning it's self off. The TomTom bluetooth adaptor fits under the seat, and cost about £90. Sold my Cardo headset for £35.00.

If your thinking of fitting a TomTom bluetooth adaptor, make sure your Autocom is bluetooth enabled. If it's not Autocom can enable it for a small charge.

Hope this is some alternative idea if you still have the problem.

Thanks.

I may look at the autocomm option. I was hoping to be able to do it all wireless.

I am in Yeovil also.
