Adjust Seat?

I'm a newby, picking up my 2005 955 Tuesday. I noticed in the owner's manual the seat is adjustable. My question: Can the front be adjusted different than the rear?

The manual also states that the (front) seat should be adjusted to the same height - front and rear.

when you pull the front seat off you will seel the adjustment points. most seats are set to the lowest point. you can try using setting one in front and two in the rear but i would keep it the same for both as you might be stressing the plastic too much by not keeping even pressure on all four points.
