That is the first screen I've seen which extends out to the left and right. Is there any concern of those left/right extensions vibrating at higher speeds, because they are not attached directly?

Looks like better protection than the OEM touring screen.

Offtopic - Is that the Givi rack and backpad added to your Triumph topcase? Thanks.

Very interesting!
Does it mean: 12 cm higher as the "normal" screen or the "touring screen" by Triumph???

According to Givi's website:

http://www.givi.co.uk/caschi_borse_b...=18235&lang=en

They already do a screen for an '00 - '01 Tiger (which I'm guessing would fit any pre-1050 Tiger)

Anyone tried one?

it is 12 cm higher of the normal screen.
the comfort is ok at 180 km\h either with passenger.
no vibrations , vision is ok.
max km\h is nearly the same. only -5 km\h.

does anyone know how much higher the Triumph touring screen is than the stock screen?

For me, it's the height so that the wind is defelcted over my helmet although the extra width should moving any buffeting further out.

I had the MRA VArio on my 955 Tiger and (HPS?) tell me that a 1050 version is due out very soon.

I will order the Givi if the height is similar to the Triumph touring as off to th TT on 31st.
