Cee Bailey vs CalSci on Tiger 1050

I ordered a Cee Bailey +6 Euro Domed windscreen for my '08 Tiger and absolutely loved it ... until I got my Corbin saddle. Once that was on the bike, I was bumped up another inch or so and found the Cee Bailey to cause a lot of turbulence. I just ordered and installed a CalSci +7 and am hoping that it will do the trick. If not, I may have to upgrade to the CalSci +9. (I certainly hope not because I think they start to look ugly at that height.)

I am just curious about what othere have thought about these two windscreens. I should also mention that I have Rox risers on the bike.

(Oh, I also have the Cee Bailey +6 avaiable for sale if anyone is interested. I paid $176 plus shipping for it 6 weeks ago.)

Cal-Sci & Corbin

Wow, Just got my 1050 on Sat. & the Stock seat has to go. I keep sliding forward!

Corbin seat note, you said it raises you up an inch, did it change the stop/stand position? I thought that the Corbin is suppose to be cut narrower in the front for comfortable stop standing and then the actual riding position bucket was only a fraction of an inch higher!

Also did you get the standard Corbin seat as the show on web site with the TIGER like stiching? or did you go with a traditional Corbin smooth grain saddle?

Cal-Sci shield.

Did you get your Windshield & did the 7" make a differance. I do need to get a higher shield and was trying to make a decision and your post kind of caught me as I am in the same boat.

Curious to hear your feed back on both the Cal-Sci & Corbin.

RISERS. What did you buy /use. Thinking I wanted to possibly do this as well. Seems like cables etc are short and might need to be replaced. Thinking 3/4" - 1 1/2" up and possibly the same back to get me in a more upright riding position.

I have the Calsci +7 - ordered it after using the measuring method on the Calsci website and it works for me - airflow is now just above my helmet and air behind screen is fairly quiet.
