Hi,

Has anyone experienced some turbulances at high speed (>180km/h) with the plate of the topcase on (not the case, only the plate).
My bike begins to "wobble" at that speed and I think it is maybe due to the wind pressure on the plate. All the bike (suspension, etc...) has been checked and is OK !

anyone ?

I find the 955 starts to weave above 90mph with the panniers on, but not with pillion. Although there is some verbal turbulence from the pillion via intercom, at +90mph.

I haven't noticed a problem with, or without topbox.

Sorry, I just can't see it. A plate should make no difference to what is happening to the bike as you (the rider) are displacing all the air in front of it.

I think it's all in the mind and you are just scared of going that fast

Why not take the plate off and answer the question for your ride/profile/setup, etc.
