And to believe that when I bought mine, it was the only one available besides the Triumph TOR that had the nuts for the center-stand stop bracket, and it is NOT even listed with all the Johnny come lately's.

That would be the Thunderbike slip-on silencer.

I put on the MIVV Suony low pipe...I have a friend who is going to weld a bracket support for my centerstand to hit against..I just wrapped my pipe temporarily for it to butt against...

Don't forget www.trident-exhausts.com
1050 pipes in stock in carbon and stainless
And add 9-10 bhp on the dyno which is pretty good by any measure!!

Really happy with my Remus powercone in satin black. Sounds just as good as the TOR pipe and pulls just as sweetly.

Remus Powercone supports centerstand

Despite the existance of a video on YouTube describing how to modify your Tiger 1050 so that you can keep your centerstand when installing a Remus Powercone, it turns out to be very easy. After making the modifications suggested in the video, it turns out to not be necessary--the connector tube already has a tang, welded and chromed--for the centerstand stop. VERY clean.

The pipe gives the bike a rich, deep sound; although I do keep the RPMs down in my own neighborhood.

Also, there is a lot of throttle run-off popping and crackling which, although sounding cool, I may try to take with the Triumph off-road fuel map.

I've the TOR tune and have very little in the way of popping etc in the overrun. You'll find the Tiger runs really well with the TOR.

Seems all the vendors (well, maybe not all) are trying to make cans for the Tiger 1050. The latest ones I have read about are Beowulf (England) and D&D (Florida, USA). I haven't tried to count the number, but I would guess the number of vendors making cans for the Tiger are approaching a dozen.

Hopefully I will be picking up my 2008 Tiger (fresh out of the crate) with the arrow high pipe on it. The bike is ready to go I am just waiting for the can.

Can't wait. It's in Lucifer Orange as well.

Congrats Calliway!! Which Arrow did you order, the race version without a baffle or the one with the baffle? The Orange version is a looker and I hope you enjoy your Tiger as much as I enjoy mine! Ride safe!
