Photos of my 2005 Tiger 955i
Here's my new baby only 1 day after picking it up from the dealer.
A nice surprize... turns out it only as 1500 kilometres on it, not miles. This thing is like new! The previous owner bought it new in 2006 and "rode it" for 2 seasons then traded it in this year for a new 2008 Tiger -- his loss (lack of ride time) is my gain
(ED: Kurgan, you can edit this post when you have new links - Mick)

I don't know what a stock 2005 Tiger looks like. Can anybody tell me if there appears to be any add-ons? I know about the gel seat. I bought that.

The bike looks fantastic......immaculate. Looks like you got a great buy there.
I would suggest you get crash bars, especially if you intend going off road.

Hi there, nice bike. Can't see any add-ons though, it looks like a standard screen, i can't see a switch for heated grips and there doesn't appear to be a centre stand or crash bars.
Good luck.

Green tigers...
That bike is BEAUTIFUL! Congrats on a great machine. She looks stock to me.
Green is THE best color for British machinery. Of course, my Roulette Green might be pushing it a bit.......... at least the MINI's BRG!
If you run into a buffeting problem, try the MRA Vario. I recently sold the screen shown (Cee Bailey) and picked up the dark grey Vario - no buffeting.
I also re-mapped the engine and fit the off-road exhaust. Runs VERY smooth, and feels more responsive.
Ride on Mate!!!

Yeah, I know. I assumed they came with the Tiger.
Well, the Tiger's second "add-on" ... my trademark:

Your new baby looks great - same colour and year as mine.
One observation - your chain looks from the photo as though it may be a bit tight. Tigers like the chain to be on the slack side. The manual says 40mm (1 1/2"), but they run much smoother with 50mm (2"). There are several posts on this.
It might just be the angle of the photo, but it would be a good idea to check it.
Enjoy the ride! I've had mine 3 years and 46,000 km now and still can't wipe the grin off my face.

Wow, I like everything in the photos: bike, car, house, neighbourhood...
Yeah, I have to say, there isn't a colour Triumph has used on any of their machines that I don't like. But it seems the girlie Tigers got the best batch of colours! o.k. I might be a little biased.

Thanks for the tip! My 2008 KLR650 was the same way. I rode it for a few hundred kilometres before I realized the dealer didn't properly adjust the chain. Damaged an output shaft seal in the process. An easy fix, but a totally avoidable problem.
