Aluminium Top Box
I need a top box for the tiger for a holiday I'm planning in the summer. I think I prefer the look of aluminium style boxes I've seen, usually on a BMW GS xxx. Can these be fitted to the tiger rack (05 955i), adapter plate, were do I get one of these ?
I don't want one to big something practicable but not in your face if possible

any pics ... ?

Here in the US, Twisted Throttle has just added these Trax side and top cases to their offerings. They're imported from SWMotec so you might be able to source them from Europe.

Here's a photo of the 3 case setup from Twisted Throttle's website. The top case looks a bit large mounted on a 1050 Tiger

Funnily enough, I 'adapted' the Touratech Zega topbox mount from my old R1150GS to fit my Tiger just this weekend so that I could re-use my TT aluminium box. Easily done - I'll post some pics tomorrow if you like.
