Noob trying to post picture

I thought I'd try attaching a picture of my Tiger. If this doesn't work I'll ask my daughter to explain it to me. I also posted this and a shot of my Commando in the members gallery.

I don't usually name my bikes but my daughters (10 & 16) insist it's Tony the Tiger and it's kinda stuck. After putting a couple hundred miles on it, I can tell you one thing about Tigers. They're Grrrrreat! LOL

I've had a hard drive crash so would the member from LaSalle Il mind dropping me a new Email if you see this. Thanks! Anybody have a Triumph dealer they recommend in Northern IL?

And finallly both black plastic caps over the swingarm pivot have gone missing since Tony arrived, is this common?

Thanks

Dave

Mine were gone long time ago. Never had a need to replace them.

I notice Dave you are using Standard Editor in your profile, if you change to Enhanced Editor it will assist in posting pics as it displays the pic icon the best way to post them.

Click on User Control Panel (left hand side of the page under Main Menu)
Look under Settings and Options
Click on Edit Options
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Miscellaneous Options
Change the edit window in the box to WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).
Save the Changes.

There are various ways of posting pics, both thumbnails and larger size. I normally host them on PhotoBucket which is a free hosting site and then paste the link from that site to the edit window in this site. Or you can create your own photo-album in this site.

Not many in Black up here in the North of England I'm swamped with Silver ones.

Welcome to Rat.net Dave.
Back in '02, I chose a black one too because I liked the two tone effect of just the black paint and the silver stripes and bolts. Nothing else. Mine's just approaching 50000 miles and I still love it.
