Just thought I'd post up here.

Looking for a 955 tiger. With panniers. Preferably a top box too.

Hopefully I can find one somewhere around Dallas, TX. so I wont have to ship one.

If you don't want yours anymore, I'll tak it. :-D

I'll sell you mine.

It's a black 2002 with less than 7K miles

$8500 with all boxes
center stand
heated grips
gel saddle (driver)
Off road pipe
extended wind screen
extended fenders front and rear
Has the top box rest installed too

Only problem is it stalls at Idle. It's at the dealer now. If they get it running great in the next few days I'll withdraw the offer. If not, you can fix the idle problem and I'll go buy an 05.

Ed

p.s. I'm in Houston :-D

Do you take it to Polaris West or Gulf Coast BMW. I bought an 05 in Austin last August and did my first service there. I just had the 6k service and some warranty work done at Gulf Coast. They are ok but I have some concerns.

They took my tank bag pad off to remove the tank when replacing the gas sending unit and could not figure out how to re-attach it.

I'm not sure if you are referring to the same place, but I took the bike here;

I agree with your instincts as they did not seem to have their act together. This seems to be the norm for Houston. I've become accustom to poor service and untrained people.

Do you reccomend Polaris West?

Never been there except to sit on a couple of bikes. The most knowledgable service Dept I have found is at Lone Star BMW in Austin but they are 150 miles away.

I've got one. Check your PM. If the distance is too far, I may be able to deliver.
