tool kit

Rode my '04 Tiger home from the dealer last night. Way fun bike.
Question: What's in the tool kit (that I didn't get)? Anything special I need to find, or will the usual assortment of wrenches, pliers, tar arns, screwdrivers, etc. do the job?
Thanks!

First thing you should do is change a bunch of the fasteners to allen! I had the advantage of rebuilding Maggie from a wreck, but I think it's really worth doing. If you replace the phillips and torx with allen, your toolkit will be about 50% smaller!

Thanks for the info on the tool kit. As for a good quality motorcycle tool kit - here's another place to check:

Not the most comprehensive tool kit came with my used 99er. Useful items so far include:- Allen keys for chain tentioning; Allen key for sump plug removal and the torx thingy came in handy when I needed to remove the battery holder/box.
