Just want to share a good deal I found. I just installed a set of 30mm (1 3/16") risers from SW-Motech and they fit my 98 steamer perfectly with no brakeline or cable change. The good news is I paid only $39.99 rather than $69.99 I was ready to pay for Genmar's. And they are black.
