I've Got A Tiger By The Tail

Looks good. Thanx for the heads up.
The title page made me think of Quantum Jump's 'Europe on a Dollar a Day' .

Thanks for the post. I love his writing style. It will be fun to follow these two guys as I think they'll come up with plenty of stories for us. Go Tigers!

Thumbs up

Well spotted ! It's one to keep an eye on. It's got to be worth a few sheckels each, watching someone doin' The Ride with a Tiger ? C'mon chaps, put your money where your reading glasses are, they deserve it.

£20 a day ?

I hope that's each, and excluding fuel !

It has all the makings of a great Victorian 'expedition', I love the 'What could possibly go wrong' philosophy.

Has to be worth your £2/$2 ? Just for the sheer determination to get on that ferry come 1st May. Don't know if they'll make it but how about we make it a donation per border crossing, they deserve every penny, and it's not that much.

Didn't read the full thing, but if Triumph are not supporting them I hope somebody there is watching on and is ready to step in and call Citylink with any parts they need at the drop of a hat.

Good luck to these 2 Guys.

"Why fly the flag when you can ride it" [Spike Milligan]

Triumph don,t appear to be helping, Nor do any of their dealerships which is a shame.

I will certainly be up for a tenner to each of the 2 Hospice charities.

How about a TRIUMPH.NET combined donation from willing individual forum members? we could donate on a pre-arranged day perhaps a couple of days before they set off?.. Just a thought....
