I agree about the Triumph image comment. Is Triumph H.Q pushing the Triumph brand into the Premier league?
Will Triumph dealers be like BMW in the future, few and far between?
What type of dealer do you like?
* Million square metres of floor and glass.
* All staff dressed in corporate image clothing.
* Designer lighting.
* Coffeee machines and newspaper.

* Dirt on the floor
* Access to people who know what makes bikes tick
Perhaps in the future we will buy our new bike from the glass palace and have it repaired in a workshop not part of the Triumph corporate world.
Or do we do that allready?
