I just dropped the deposit on my BRG. I'll pick it up in ten days! I'm chomping at the bit. Have to sell last bike to make room in the garage (and the wallet). :-D

Thanks very much, Big Stripey (coolest name here),
I'll take lots of photos during the metamorphosis (bolting on all the shiney new bits coming in the mail). I'm getting it from a dealer that's 250 miles away and riding home one some really nice roads. I bought a '03 Speed Triple from them a few months ago and rode it home. I drove a rental car to get there and dropped it at the local airport.

2nd,
No, I didn't. Please tell everything you know. I have called Winchester a few times, but never visited.

Read here
Basically more than once they charged me significantly more than the quote. Did not fix the problems on the first visit, charged me for services they did not complete. Just not the kind of service you would expect out of a dealer who sells Triumph, Ducati and Moto Guzzi. They also sell Polaris ATV's. They hired Dean Middleton last year and they really improved. As soon as dean left, back in the crapper.
A few of us are riding Sat or Sun looks like 300 or miles, most likely stay on road.
