I thought it would be fun to have you guys/gals post up some pictures of your off road excursions with your Tigers...regardless if you ride a Roadie or an XC. We have purchased dual sport adventure bikes, so let's see some of your adventures...:D

I will admit the majority of my miles have been over the road, but I never pass up an opportunity to get off the tarmac and onto the dirt with my Roadie.

I have ridden a good amount of National Forest Service roads which are typically pretty well maintained. I have also ridden a fair amount of dirt roads that receive little or no maintenance. Below are pictures of some of my off road travels...let's see some of yours.

Excellent!!! Thanks for posting up some pictures of your off road adventures on your XC.

I assume these are in your home state of Utah and I'm curious where. I am planning a week trip back to Utah in May. When I came through Utah 2 years ago I only had 3 days to spend there as it was on my return home. I want to return and spend the time I think I need to truly enjoy my time there.

Where were you riding in these pictures?

All of these were taken with about 150 miles of my home in Vernal, Utah.
The "Greener" ones were on the Wasatch front. The desert stuff is my back yard. We have mountain forest in the Uintah mountains, and desert riding all around Vernal. Utah has tremendous geological diversity.

If you ever want to come over this direction, I would be happy to show you some of the highlights.

Me either. We seem to have more problems with video cameras not recording when you want them too, etc. I am *really* getting tired of the GoPro. I know a lot of people like them lots, but me and a friend of mine have had more frustration with the GoPro 3 and the unreliable remote :(

About the only video I have ever gotten to work, was taken with my wife in the lead, so the Tiger 800 I had isn't really visible and its not really much of an "off road" video as much as the road surface is missing hahaha

I run 2 GP3, Blacks and the first thing I did was sell both remotes on ebay for "40 each. The only time I ever us a remote, which is now via the samsung app on my samsung, is to line up my GP on the helmet. Apart from that I start the trail at the beginning of a trial and end it at the end of the trail. You can also reach up and turn the camera off, as the buttons are a good size.

I always seem to find that despite the buttons being easy to find, and feeling as though they are being properly depressed, that somehow they are not. The camera either doesn't turn on when I think it has, doesn't turn off when I think it has, or I somehow get it in the wrong mode.

Also, somewhere along the line, it appears to have over heated. Finish has bubbled up in places and flaked off, smells a bit smokey, yet somehow seems to still work. I am going to take it to the shop where I purchased it and see what they can do for me.

Overall I am not happy with it. I much preferred the design of the Contour I had before, though I primarily used it for stills while riding.

I think I may have a look at the Sena Prism and see if they have ironed out the niggles via firmware.

I returned my GoPro for the same reasons. Sucks when you make a great run, only to find out the battery is dead, or won't work (without opening the camera, again.) Getting it to turn on/stay on, turn off/stay turned off. Screw it, nothing is worth this aggravation.

A 9 year old with crayons is better than the GoPro products...

The town is gone. The silhouettes/footprints of the houses and driveways are growing over with vegetation but they're visible from the saddle off to both sides. It's all gone. Can't explain the artwork.
