i would'nt worry about it. With the support you have not had from a dealer i too would be evil  Life is not always a bed of roses and there are equal amount of GS'ers who have had a bad'un, or Honda owners, or who ever, who have been let down by dealers.

there is a particular bloke on a GS board who has had a real fall out with BMW and his dealer, took em to court, won, still go's on and on and on and on.

Good luck, be content that people up your area will have sussed out this dealer and perhaps avoid them like the plague. I can understand your frustration. However, thankfully, for most, we are ok. You seem to be 'unlucky'

I am taking the rare step of locking down this thread, because judgeged has made a sound and rational request (for a number of reasons) to remove certain previous entries.

He has explained himself at the start of this thread, and i think that this is, on reflection, a wise move for all concerned. The issues were made clear and discussed at some length, but i think we can all draw a line under it all now and move on. So to avoid the risk of anything that may prejudice the whole predicament, i am locking this one down.

I hope you can all understand the reasons why and let's hope that Ged gets it all sorted out to his satisfaction in the not too distant future.

Thanks for your understanding.
