Well, when i started out it was a clear blue sky and not to cold, headed west to meet a mate i ride with ( Z1000 ) and just went where the blacktop took us. ended up at Inversnaid which is on the east side of Loch Lomond, the road is a dead end and is about 15ml long. anyway, it didn`t stay dry very long and most of the trip was wet but HEY !! thats what seperates us from cage drivers, we just step it up and make the most of it. Altberg boots 100%, Triumph Sympatex jacket 100%, Spada Podium trousers 100%, ebay gloves 10% :razz: well the gloves were only £15. it was the biggest wet test my gear has had so far and im well pleased with it and me Tigger was even better, i lurv me Tigger !!

Which Altberg's have you got ?, I got the 'All Weather Hoggs' and i am extremely pleased with them. I have found them to be 100% waterproof, warm, and after a bit if breaking in.....very comfortable indeed

Best money i have spent in a long time!

Hi BigS !! i bought The Altberg Clubman Classic boots, they are grrrreat boots once you get them on, i use the old poly bag down the back to get them on and the silicone gloves to get them off ( gets better grip of boot ) they are very comfy even for hillclimbing ( i like to take photo`s when i`m out )
