You'll find that the chain oiler will work better if the outlet pipe is close to the outside of the rear sprocket. The oil will then run down the sprocket and get forced into the chain by centrifugal force as the sprocket rotates. Where you have it, the oil will fly away in the wind and the pipe will get knocked by the chain flapping about.

Apart from that....too much fake carbon.
